A database access task appeared to be moving toward completion. Permissions had been checked for a dedicated reader. Then a teammate tested their normal connection and reported that several databases still showed no tables. The two checks had used different identities.
The correction stayed in the Duva thread beside the original report. We recorded which account the teammate actually used, kept the remaining access work open, and asked for a check through their usual connection after the authorized change. Their reply confirmed the readable scope. Counts and permission results were enough; credentials and customer records stayed out of the conversation.
Ask which identity was actually tested. For an access handoff, capture the account role, the normal connection route, the result, and when it was checked. An administrator’s successful test is useful evidence, but it does not establish that the teammate can do their work.
