An access request expanded to additional environments, then changed again. The owner clarified that one environment was no longer needed and that an existing login should be used for another. Someone reading only the earlier request would have had the wrong scope.

The follow-up on the Duva board explicitly replaced the earlier request. It listed the withdrawn environment, the account to retain, and the separate access item that was still open. A later reply also closed an obsolete credential-delivery question. The history remained available, with a clear correction beside it.

Make the replacement instruction easy to find. A suggested correction is: “This replaces the earlier request. Environment A is withdrawn. Use the existing login for environment B. The separate document-store access question remains open.” Link back to the original note and identify the decision owner. A future reader can then follow the change without treating the old request as current.
